    Injured my back, in agony so spoke with GP-got medication it was about 4 pm on Tuesday, left it as was later in the day, went in 12pm next day to collect it and got told to go back on the Friday afternoon it’s 2 days at least for prescription to be completed. It’s absolutely crazy!! I need my meds today not 4 days after prescription given to me

    Went to collect prescription at 5pm after work. Shutters down when it's meant to close at 6pm with no notice anywhere. No good if you need an urgent presciption.

    Why is this service nearly always Shut?? No notification on either website or front of shuttered unit in Southway!!!!! Appreciate any illness but very very poor communication and management… No information available on website either!! How or when I pick up Medication!!! Poor

    I have been using the pharmacy regularly over the last year and always find the staff very helpful and pleasant. I always get a text when my medication is ready. It’s always good to use a small local business.

    This is not just for the date entered it is for many months and pre-Covid. They don't answer the phone or hang up as soon as phoned. take days to fulfil prescription. Do not inform if a medicine is unavailable. All in all a disgusting service.
