    Received SMS the prescription is ready. After arrival they couldn't find it , they have found it after 5 minutes. Told me , the prescription will be ready in 30 min. After 60 minutes of waiting i only found out , my prescription was at the bottom of the pile of baskets with prescriptions for other people! Absolutely shocking! It was ready in 5 minutes after i asked them how long would it take.
