I found the staff almost hostile in their attitude, possibly in embarrassment at their disorganisation! Several of us were waiting for covid vaccinations and they had no system sorted out and claimed I had no booking. A smile would have been helpful in diffusing the situation. I have now booked another appointment elsewhere.

You have to wait outside the pharmacy, you wait outside, you finally get your turn then no one will speak to you when you get in. You waste a lot of time and there is no medicine, then state they will order it and it never arrives. Worse pharmacy no communication. Avoid it

To be fair it has never been good. Had to wait for 40 mins in a queue of 3 just to pick up relatives tablets which we get every month. The one time I went and have to travel 15 miles each way they said they had not got them. I rang the next day and they said they were in the cupboard where they would normally be.

I went to this pharmacy at 5:30pm on Friday 2nd December to collect medication I urgently needed after a phone consultation with my GP. There were 6 other people in front of me waiting outside the pharmacy and 2 people in the pharmacy. I got inside the pharmacy at 6:20pm, there were only 2 people working an agency pharmacist and an assistant. My prescription wasn’t even ready, in fact it hadn’t even been printed off which nothing new as it’s the same every time I go, so you end up waiting around for it to be sorted. There were still 5 people waiting outside the pharmacy at 6:30 and they were told that the pharmacy was now closed so would have to go else where to sort their prescriptions. Those people like me waited between 45 mins to an hour which is totally unacceptable.
