  1. Review titled Not what I would call a pharmacy

Chemist does not talk directly to his customers. Uses the assistant for all communication. Whilst waiting to one side, a stream of people were told they did not have items in stock. They did not help me with emergency medication despite ringing them ahead and going through 111. And they said they could help. They did not stock the items once I got there. I was out of my area and do not know Guildford but needed essential medication. No help or assistance. Advice was to go to Woking ?! I do not drive due to my condition. Looking at the shelves they were almost bare. You can probably get Hayfever medication. Possibly. But anything else don't expect they will have it. The first thing I was told was ' that is an expensive drug and so we do not stock it'. It is not a rare drug and I would have expected a pharmacy to have it. Especially when they say they can help. The cost being mentioned told me all I needed to know. Shocking. Not a pharmacy in reality. If it closed it would not be missed.
