   I am not sure if this is new staff or new owners, but my last few visits to this pharmacy has been unpleasant. Yesterday I went to collect my stuff and it was missing 1 item, never happened before as it's always checked by someone. This morning I went there again to sort this out and I was there waiting for a few minutes to someone talk to me. Suddenly came some one with a delivery and only then one staff appeared. I continued to try to catch his attention for a few seconds, then when he saw me, he said I have to wait. Of course this upset me and I said that I was already waiting for a few minutes before the delivery. He could answer me saying he was sorry and it would be with me shortly, but no, he replied in a very rude manner "You have to wait a few more minutes then". (check CCTV if you don't believe 19/08/2022 around 8:50 am). If a client is rude to the staff, the client get in trouble, therefore, this is absolutely unacceptable!!!
