    I get a phone call say my medication is ready. I go to collect them and it is not ready! They say they owe me one item. I get home only to discover 3 items are missing. Also I’ve been issued with 100 needles when there should have been 400. In addition one of my medications had the correct label for what was requested but the strength of the drug issued was incorrect! Staff are pleasant enough but too many mistakes are made!!!

    My prescriptions went to Superdrug pharmacy on 4th October. As of the 10th Oct still haven’t got my medication. Yesterday the pharmacy had been closed because of a computer problem. Today I tried to ring the pharmacy as I’m now without some of my medication. Called 15 times not once did anyone answer the phone. In the end I rang the Superdrug shop where the pharmacy is. A couple of times they picked up the phone but put it straight down again to cut me off. When I finally got through they were of no help at all. I am on some medications that shouldn’t be stopped suddenly yet here I am without several of my medications!!! Many times recently I have run out of medication because of the length of time Superdrug pharmacy take to do the prescription!!!
