Amazed by the efficiency of the chemist during these times when they are finding it very difficult to get some of the medicines that people require. Not only did they deliver them all, they were delivered very quickly. Service was also done with a smile by the team behind the counter. Give them support so they can support you.

Don’t know what’s changed at this pharmacy but the service is now terrible. Seems to be younger staff, laughing and joking, rude and prescriptions are never ready.

Unable to contact, to ascertain if a critical medication blister pack had been delivered to a mentally ill patient, carer unable to find. Phone either engaged or rang out. 12 noon Saturday, contacted different branch to seek assistance not able to help and offered no support. Turns out blister pack had been left outside in open (overnight) not in obvious place! In ability to contact for whatever internal reasons not acceptable when providing a week by week dependency service. It’s has been witnessed that they ignore the phone having been in store my self. This level of service is unacceptable regardless of staff issues, don’t offer a service you can not support

Visited Trinity Church as a walk in for my Covid booster today. To my surprise there were no other patients waiting. Friendly greeting from all the staff/volunteers and quickly dealt with. Many thanks.

Went to collect a prescription the GP had sent over. Was told it had not arrived yet but they would keep checking. Over half an hour later (with me standing in the shop) I enquired again. Told 'it still hasn't been sent'. Another pharmacist came over and they checked again and it seems they had been looking at the wrong family member. They seemed to find this very amusing. Extremely unprofessional.

I have previously left a very positive review for this pharmacy, calling out their efficiency and courtesy. However, I detect a downward spiral, probably the result of increasing popularity, and insufficient resource. I ordered my repeat prescription 12 days ago, and have still received no items. I have been without medication for my hypertension for a week, and have been offered no help. I have phoned three times and visited the pharmacy to join a queue of complaining clients. The medications that I use are not niche: there must be some residual supply, but I have been offered no emergency provision. I am seeking an alternative pharmacy. They remain courteous, but unhelpful. Not recommended.

I have been to the chemist 3x for one medication and each time told its not ready. Then finally the wrong medication was dispensed.I tried to them yhemit was wrong but no one listened. There is always a long queue and people come out without their medication or it is given in bits. This chemist used to be good but recently has declined terribly. Staff are not helpful,because they are mostof the time not the same. So disappointed l am changing chemists.

Some good customer service and friendly staff. Always get my medication within a decent time frame and it is always made clear how long I should expect to wait from time of ordering repat to being able to collect the medications.

Our local pharmacy has some lovely people working there. They are on time when they tell you when your repeat prescription will be ready. They message the GP if it does not come through. The pharmacist is helpful if you ask questions about new medication. The staff are just lovely and it ie a pleasure to visit this pharmacy.

We started using this Pharmacy after my wife's second stroke. We found their service was excellent. Unfortunately my lovely wife has since passed away but I still use them for my prescriptions even though I have to travel from the other side of Bramhall. They give good advice and 'go the extra mile' when required. I also had my covid vaccinations they'd organised at Trinity Methodist church. This pharmacy is a Beacon of efficiency, reliability and gives friendly service with it too. They lead and others should follow their example. I have no connection of any kind with this pharmacy other than as a happy customer of theirs.
