Having ordered medication more than three weeks previous, I had come in the previous day only to be told the Medication was not there, but it would be by the next day - always the same with Lime Pharmacy, slow and incompetent -. I arrived today to be told the Medication was not there again. When I aired my frustration someone from the back shouted through that I could 'always go elsewhere'. I'm not impressed and I will be using another pharmacy from now on. Lime is not worth it, they take forever, they are disorganised and never prepared with Medication - no matter when it was ordered and even when you are the only person waiting. This pharmacy is a joke.

Awful service, ignorant, pressed bell for assistance told 1 minute served 2 people who arrived after me. To then be told wasnt ordered in despite having prescription for 4 days

Don't know how this pharmacy is still going! Worse one ever, prescriptions are never ready and some of the staff can't even communicate properly, have now moved pharmacies!

Despite being on repeat for years, my son’s medication is frequently not ordered in ready, even though the prescription has been put through to the pharmacy. Last time I was in there my request was misplaced so everyone had been served and I was left standing waiting. The wait times are usually long, while staff seem to stand in the back having a chat. I’ve been told before that there is a ten minute waiting time before my prescription will be processed, so I have gone to the shop and returned half an hour later only to find that nothing has been done and I still have to wait quarter of an hour my my medications.

Over the last 6-9 months we have had nothing but issue after issue. Lost prescriptions, don’t phone back when they say they will, don’t put items on repeat, when I did get a call to say come down to pick up prescription I got there and was told it needed to be checked but that person had nipped out. (Why call me to pick up then) unbelievable!! I don’t know if it’s due to staff changes but it used to be excellent. Now it’s so bad I want to change Dr/Pharmacy.

Every time I go in there my prescription is never ready even if I put it through a month prior nine time out of ten I come away with an owing slip can’t they control their stock

Went today to pick up my prescription and it was not ready again this is the fourth time this has happened can you please tell me why does this always happen to me I am not happy.
