    I use the pharmacy regularly. The staff are very helpful even when they are very busy. Excellent support for vaccinations.

    Three customers were waiting to be served by a single member of staff, with another customer looking for a product in the shop needing assistance. A member of staff who was sweeping the floor behind the counter refused to help when she was asked. After five minutes or so she put the broom to one side and said 'does anyone want any help!', by which time three more customers were waiting. Another couple of staff were looking for a lost item and also ignoring the customers. My prescriptions were labelled incorrectly.

    Dear Patient, many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you have had a negative experience at our pharmacy. We can reassure you that we always endeavour to provide a good service and we shall review our processes relating to your experience. Unfortunately, at certain times of the day, we do become very busy but we always endeavour to provide the most safe service possible, which sometimes involves a slight wait. Our staff members work very hard and some tasks are complicated and do take time. Prior to and especially since the pandemic, we do prioritise cleanliness in a healthcare environment; especially because we see many vulnerable patients. Due to the sensitive nature of the service that we provide, regarding your final comment, please contact the pharmacy directly to discuss your concerns.
