Called to get medication Saturday 11th March. Website said they were open 9.00 - 1.00. Got there and they were closed.

Impossible to contact by telephone for batch prescriptions. I spent 21/2 days making continuous attempts throughout the working day, sometimes as many as 30 per hour. This has been getting worse over the course of the last 3 years, sometimes taking 2 days to achieve successful contact. This month I have been unable to achieve contact. When visiting the practice, there are long external queues in all weathers and I have frequently had to wait up to 30 minutes in extreme temperatures just to pick up a prescription. This practice is not fit for purpose.
