  1. Review titled Excellent Service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

The staff at Pallium Pharmacy are always courteous, polite, efficient and incredibly helpful. I was really shocked to read the previous review and felt the opposite view so strongly that I felt compelled to write this. I have changed pharmacies twice due to mistakes and inefficiencies, but am completely impressed with Palladium. One lady even remembers me every time and is reaching for my prescription as I enter the door. Staff have really helped me sort out prescription issues caused by the Doctor's Surgery's errors. When I had Covid in 2022, they kindly delivered my regular prescription to my house even though I am not registered for that service. Well done to all of the staff at Palladium Pharmacy; you sometimes work in extremely difficult circumstances and I am very grateful for professional and caring approach.

  2. Review titled Terrible attitude

Rated 1 star out of 5

Last month this chemist made a mistake with my meds and issued me one months medication instead of two. They even said it had been picked up by me / my son . Of course it had never been picked up at all! At the time I could have made a huge complaint, because those meds went somewhere, but it definitely wasn't to me! However, I decided to let it go as at the time I genuinely didn't have time to pursue this. This took a lot of sorting out. As I'm working it did cause me a lot of stress too! I did get my medication sorted out eventually, but now am prescribed it monthly (down to am error they made, I believe) As I also pick up monthly meds for my son, that's 24 times a year I now have to visit a pharmacy. I actually went to this chemist today actually thinking I would be picking up two months meds. I walked 2.2 miles there and back to pick up the prescription only to get home and to see that I once again only had a months supply. I tried calling for almost an hour but they didn't answer the phone, so I walked the same distance again only to be told this time that I'd been put on to monthly prescriptions and that this was the reason why I only got one months supply! I told the dispensing assistant that I'd had almost a five mile walk in total today because of the above and pointed out that of the phone had been answered this could have been avoided. ( I tried calling 33 times) The Pharmacist came out. This was the same person who made the mistake with my prescriptions last month. He said he didn't like my attitude, although I'd done nothing but express that all of this could have been avoided if a) I'd been told that I was only getting a months supply and b) if they'd answered the phone after 33 attempts. Their attitude was very surprising. Instead of offering an apology ( as is good customer service,) I was told that I had an attitude towards them and that ' if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else!' Of course I did remind them that they had totally messed up last month and even potentially claimed the money for dispensing meds that they hadn't? I also pointed out that this had caused lots of issues for me and that therefore it wouldn't be too unreasonable for me to think that they'd potentially made the same mistake again? Both the dispensing assistant and the pharmacist could not have been nastier! They were very unprofessional and their attitude towards me was appauling! They had absolutely no empathy whatsoever! In fact although they clearly made the mistake last month they somehow managed to turn the situation into it being my fault? At one point I was told ' if you don't like it here, you can go elsewhere!' Absolutely astounding! However, I'm more than happy never to go there again. I've been getting my medications for 20 years and never once had an issue prior to changing to this chemist. Don't use it. The service is terrible!and if they make a mistake, remember it will not be their fault it will ' your fault!'

  3. Review titled So Professional!

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I recently moved into the area and went to collect my meds and walked in and the place was full, so the lady came from behind the counter and helped me sit down (I'm disabled) and she took great care of me, even offered a free delivery service I wasn't even aware off. There such caring staff and very professional, Thank You!
