A customer is lucky if they get served and leave less than half hour in that chemist and staff are extremely slow and rude and disrespectful towards customers?!I am severely disabled and called and asked if my medication is ready for picking up,I stressed I was disabled and had to come a long long way and if she is sure my medication is there and be ready for me??!!she said”yes,yes”I traveled several miles in my condition,only to get there and be told to come back next day?! Stressed and fuming was not strong enough words to describe how I felt at the time!!sorry she said??!!even stressing I did ask several times if you are and I was disabled and coming a long way??!!she looked at me again and said”sorry”?!!! sorry is not good enough

Review titled Many Easily Fixable Flaws

The general staff working here most of which are women are helpful, pleasant, understanding, cheerful and often go above and beyond to assist with any issue you have, they're the backbone of this chemist and to a one all genuinely try to assist you with any problems. The delivery service is fantastic being free for housebound clients and extremely reliable. The real issue lays in the actual pharmacists all of whom are very curt, often rude behind a very thinly veiled superiority and unwilling to accept that any issue might be their fault. If prescriptions cannot be filled they will not tell you or tell you why they'll blame your Dr for prescribing something they've forgotten to order and insist you get something else prescribed rather than admit fault and just order it in. If the pharmacists were as dedicated and helpful as the general staff this could easily be one of the best pharmacies in the area, but due to the discrepancy between the two different levels of staff dealing with this pharmacy can be difficult, frustrating, and extremely circular with no solution. Leaving me with the only conclusion that this pharmacy has many easily fixable flaws but the pharmacists seem to have very little interest in fixing these flaws and in some cases seem hell bent on exacerbating those flaws through sheer apathy.

Review titled Not open when it says it is on easter sunday

Soout of hours gp sent prescription on easter sunday. The nhs showed its open between 1 and 3pm. They were closed, noone answering the buzzer. Few of us there, no sign to say closed etc. But having tried elsewhere its clear they have downloaded prescriptions. This meaning noone can go elsewhere. The service has always been bad but on a bank hol, this is disgusting.
