I don’t remember a single e”visit to this pharmacy which could be positive. With 3,4 pharmacists behind the counter there are always queues. Whoever is in charge should make drastic changes to serve the customers. It needs a complete reorganisation and more space! Aren’t we suffering enough to have a need to get to GP, but no -we have to suffer more to be served ( or rather not served) by staff who neither care nor interested in you or their work! Rude, negative, without empathy!

Ordered my repeat prescription through the NHS app - 2 days later received a text to say it was ready - went in the next day queued for 15 mins (as is normal these days) only to find it wasn't ready and I was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. I'm going to try again tomorrow so fingers crossed! And last week I had an urgent prescription went in at 4pm to pick it up - fifteen people in front of me, it wasn't ready 75 minutes later I finally got it! Sorry Boots but you really need to get your act together.

A lot of staff around, but usually only one bothering to serve customers. All pretty inefficient. I have been going there for many years, but now will change suppliers after being shown my tablets but being told I would have to wait 30 minutes in order to be given them (and this after my second visit and queuing to be served for 10 minutes, for the said tablets!)
