How Boots are still allowed to run the pharmacy in Calverton is a mistery.Please can we move on from blaming covid for bad planning and organisation.A root and branch overhaul is required by an independent body to help implement a smooth running service.I require four common items each month but even when I put a prescription in giving seven days to prepare this prescription It's still not ready. On my visit I observed poorly old people in the queue to be served being let down with incomplete prescription even though they struggled to walk they was told to return tomorrow to complete the prescription. What a pitiful way to treat people.

I have to have certain medication yet received msgs to say prescription is ready and half missing. This happens often but staff just don’t give a damn about service of care for clients.
