   My 77 year old mother, who had recently been put on insulin rang the practise to ask when her medications would be delivered. The member of staff was rude and obstructive as my mother tried to explain her insulin had not been delivered. The staff member told her to come to pick it up but my mother explained she was disabled and lived alone and could not get to the pharmacy. The member of staff then told her that she was not there to pamper to her needs. Where is the respect when dealing with older disabled people gone !
