For the past 5 months my meds have not been ready on time and have had to spend over an hour trying to sort it out and get told oh come tomorrow it will be here and I end up having to go 4 times before all my meds are there they also refused to tell me about there complaints prsedure and push the blame onto someone els I’m far too unwell to be having to do this I hade to go without my insulin and other things this is not ok they also let someone els take my medication and now won’t sort me out anymore so they have broken patient confidensualty utter joke not happy at all

The staff were understanding of the problem and did their best to achieve the outcome that met the needs of my mum. Thanks for your good service.

Hi there I order my tablets on re prescription every month I have 2 lots of tablets and every month they cannot get this right, the people who answer the phones should know what they are doing but it is obvious they do not, this causes me stress every month with pathetic excuses from the staff saying ring 111 if you need some not good enough it is a good job it is not life threatening drugs, I suggest that you listen clearly to what your patients are ordering as this is a worry they could give the wrong medication, not very happy at regards mr saunders

Two years ago I left a 5 star review and I meant it, now the lowest I can give is a 1 star they surely can’t get any worse, when dealing with medication you have to be 100% right, it’s no good promising medication and then saying sorry it’s not come that does not help the the person needing it, my wife made a repeat order online where you can only order what is required picked it up only to find some medication not there, went back to pick up 3 days later picked up then found medication still missing looked online says issued, wasn’t, went back again was told nothing there I then said she needs them and she has two days left, she them got them of the shelf and give me them, why wasn’t I given them the first time I went. I don’t know what has gone wrong but something definitely has it needs sorting out quite a lot of people rely on their medication to survive and you cannot make mistakes and Westcliffe Pharmacy are, and it needs to stop now, from being one of the best they are now in the bottom worst

This pharmacy that I found by recommendation is the best one around. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they go out of their way to help where ever they can. I would say, no matter who you are or where you come from, go to this Westcliff Pharmacy and you are sure to get a welcome from everyone working there. I won't be going anywhere else from now on and I recommend them to everyone I meet who needs a pharmacy.
