    Pharmacy closed again today due to staff shortage and no pharmacist. So unable to trade any meds. This has happened previously recently and results in a lot of inconvenience and stress when trying to collect important medication. I've made three trips today to try and resolve the issue before the weekend, whilst worrying about getting access to the medication I need daily ( and after submitting my repeat prescription last Monday to ensure plenty of time for them to fulfil it!) It's too sporadic to be reliable. I'm not immune to understanding the pressures of a busy environment and the strains of staff sickness/shortage but the solution is not working! Have changed my nominated Pharmacy today and will no longer use a Well pharmacy again.

    tried phoning pod for two days 3 times, keep getting reply, unable to take your call, try again later, this is utter rubbish, popd system is same rubbish
