   The pharmacy does not answer the phone therefore customers are unable to check if prescription medication is there without making a visit in person. Staff numbers appear to have reduced, meaning people are waiting in long queues for at least 20 minutes to collect prescriptions.

   I waited 25 minutes queuing to drop off my prescription, and then 25 minutes the following morning to collect. The counter staff are inept, the filing system is a mess, and nobody in the time that I was there was able to be quickly served. This pharmacy needs a complete overhaul
