    I attended the pharmacy for a COVID vaccination. Had to queue up for ages and when I was eventually seen I was very concerned because neither of the staff who dealt with me, including the pharmacist, seemed very confident in what they were doing. Neither of them were authorised on their system to administer vaccinations, so I that didn’t fill me with much confidence. Terrible service

    Despite using the Tilehurst Triangle for a number of years the service has deteriorated to one of the worst in the area. On a number of occasions prescriptions have not been fulfilled & sometimes when opening the bag at home items are missing. Despite contacting the pharmacy & being told it will be made available in a couple of days, this does not happen. The onus was put on the supplier not having them in stock. Told they could not do anything & should contact the doctor. This is not good enough for a local pharmacy.

    Pharmacy locked and closed. No staff within. No note on door inside of door to explain why they were closed. Beggars belief! Even if it’s due to staff illness. The general public have the right to know why , as they make the journey to get their meds before Xmas. Just note on the inside of door to explain would be enough … but nothing was written anywhere!! Disgraceful
