   I returned to this pharmacy to buy eye drops for my mum's eye infection. I couldn't remember the name of the product so asked the pharmacist, who as usual was talking on the phone, for the eye drops she kept in the fridge that she had given me a few weeks before. Her assistant went to get them and told me it was £12.99. I paid on my card. She then gave me the bottle and I explained that was not what I had bought before and that we already had this and it wasn't working. The extremely rude pharmacist shouted at me in front of all of the people in the shop. I asked for my money back as this was not what I wanted and the girl behind the counter hadn't shown it to me before taking my card payment. The pharmacist refused to give me my money back and told me to leave. She said it was my mistake. I tried to reason with her and explained that the girl hadn't shown me the bottle before taking my money so I didn't see that it was the wrong one. She continued to shout at me and refuse to give me my money back. I have never been spoken to in such a way and I had been a loyal customer at this branch for 3 years. I will never return to this shop and suggest others seek medical advice from someone more polite who isn't always on personal calls while making you wait ages for a prescription. She also charged me £5 more than we had paid for the same eye drops in another chemist days earlier.
