Review titled Good luck if you ever need to call them

When calling them you are likely to have to call them 3/4 times in a row for them to answer the phone. You can also guarantee that all the staff are there chatting away while the phone goes. I had to ask a family member to pick up some medication and they handed over the 3 medications I didn’t even need. Apart from that they are alright to use. They do send you a text usually when the prescription is ready

Impossible to get hold of this pharmacy by phone. Have literally been ringing since 9am (now 3pm) and no one has answered the phone. Yet if I was to go to the pharmacy in person the staff will be found chatting to each other behind the counter ignoring the ringing phone. I have witnessed this... Sort this out!

This morning i went to collect my repeat prescription at the Tesco West Pharmacy which is my designated Pharmacy when ordering my prescription for Ramipril via NHS Patient Access. The pharmacy opens at 08:00 so I arrived at 08:10. I was then told that the pharmacist had not arrived yet and that he would be another 10 minutes. It was impossible for me to wait another 10 minutes as I had other responsibilities that could not be delayed. I am now out of Ramipril and won't be able to attempt to collect them again until nextv week. This is not the first time that this has happened. I have several times before had to go home without my medicine when turing up to collect it at this pharmacy on a Saturday morning. It is unacceptable and totally irresponsible.
