   111 referral received by the pharmacist completely disregarded in favour of his own opinion on my medical condition. Such opposing opinion was unhelpful and invalid considering the careful assessment made by the 111 advisor and backed by a clinician. The pharmacist didn't examine my injury, have me conflicting advice and printed off an advice sheet to back his decision to ignore what the 111 referral advised.
