A great pharmacy. Very helpful and outstanding service. Friendly staff. Have now changed all my prescriptions to here.

Repeat prescription fiasco every month,takes a week to get the drugs,then often missing items, they blame the doctor but since switching to a different company,I've had no problems.

The pharmacy didn't supply critical medication before Xmas break which I have been getting from them for 10 years. It works via repeated online prescription method. Without my tablets my health/life is at high risk. I can't stop taking them. They simply said - sorry we didn't get your prescription and we won't issue your medication. I called them 1 day before going there saying I would need it for Xmas - anyway new issue date in the system was 21.12. so it should be ready before Xmas. When I asked for emergency supply they refused. I called GP after Xmas and she confirmed that emergency tablets should had been issued.

After another pharmacy cancelled my rabies vaccine at short notice, Touchwood was able to order in the vaccine the same day and I got the vaccine in the afternoon. Much larger chains were unable to offer appointments despite anywhere in east or central London being fine. Touchwood was much more flexible and responsive.
