My daughter is attending the local Uni, & came down with a bad case of tonsilitis, not being local and no doctor for her to see on campus, I phoned the pharmacy spoke to the pharmacist who was so incredibly lovely, told me to bring her in and he would be able to prescribe antibiotics once he assessed her. He was amazing, so helpful and kind, she was so poorly and she managed to get a prescription really fast without having to go to A & E, the service was brilliant, I wish they had places like this in Northampton, absolutely excellent.

Review titled Ear wax removal

I suffered intermittent deafness. It was annoying and unpleasant for me. The realisation was, I might be going deaf and in need of hearing aids. I enquired at the Pharmacy and it was easy to book a consultation in a few days time. A friendly and detailed visit followed. It was very professional and reviewed medical and lifestyle events that could lead to my problem. An ear examination revealed a wax build up with a recommendation for ear syringing. I was asked to administer olive oil drops daily for a week to soften the wax. A follow up appointment in a weeks time was made to return for ear syringing. The procedure was explained and I was set at ease. A few minutes later, gurgles and crackles and the happiest moment of hearing returning to my affected ear. The relief was immediate. After care was explained. As the ear dries out normal hearing should return to as it was before. If there were any problems to return. I have never looked back and my hearing is now restored. The Pharmacy service, professionalism and understanding are second to none. Thank you.

Hima carried out microsuction on my ears. She is very friendly and made me feel at ease. I was very confident in her knowledge and experience. This pharmacy is excellent in general and although always very busy, the staff are always friendly and helpful

Review titled Great service for blood tests

Been going here for regular blood tests for 2 years and can't fault the service I have received. Being able to make an early appointment before work is invaluable. It has always been easy to make/amend appointments online. I have always found the staff to be very polite and make a nervous person very at ease. I won't go anywhere else and would recommend their services to anyone.

Great to be able to visit my local pharmacy for blood test. Easy to book either on-line or in person, staff are always lovely and having bloods taken is as much of a pleasure as it can be, always quickly and efficiently done with no pain or bruising to follow. Definitely recommend.
