Rude...non caring...no urgency yo deliver meds on time. Poor communication if any at all and certainly not recognising their own faults leaving people without meds and not bothering to contact them to tell them there is a delay... It is your job to look for meds if your supplier does not have them...Do not tell me to ring around and ask!.Thankfully Moved to another well stocked and very well staffed pharmacy who care...are kind and reliable.

Kept getting prescription wrong. Wrong amount of tablets constantly. Never took responsibility for their mistake. Not just me +÷ partner but my mother too. Ended up changing to different pharmacy.

I had a emergency where I needed to check my blood sugar levels as fast as possible, asked if the sales assistant could help as feeling unwell and needed to know if I was legal/safe to drive home she replied by she couldn't help because of her nails ! I also asked if I could take a small quick blood test with a pharmacy machine she replied no As I went out of the shop I muttered about her service and she just laughed ! I went next door to the doctors where they helped me and I was seriously out of suger levels I should have been Sorry but this is not acceptable

  4. Review titled Repeat prescription problems

Rated 2 stars out of 5

Called today to collect a repeat prescription which was ordered online at shires health center last week. Yet again it's not been made up ready for collection. This is a regular problem and happens virtually every time. A few suggestions: Employ more staff Have dedicated staff to make the repeat prescriptions up when they're received Employ short term staff to sort the backlog out and get up to date Work later in the evening when closed to make them up I appreciate that you're very busy, so are your customers, who are organised enough to order their prescriptions in plenty of time. The very nature of prescriptions is that they're for medications which affect people's health. To find time to call in and collect them to find they're not ready is frustrating and inconvenient to say the least! I know your computers are down this morning and this is beyond your control but it just compounds the situation. If my prescription had been made up promptly it would have been ready. I work long, busy hours in a job in the NHS that needs to be done speedily and also needs accuracy. It's due to the fact that the service is well organised, with appropriate staffing that it runs smoothly and on time. I understand your staff work very hard under difficult circumstances and this is not a criticism of them, rather to the system in place. These comments are not meant as a criticism, just an observation born of frustration.
