I currently live in Wigan but I willingly travel to Bolton each time I require anything medical. I would never use any other pharmacy as the people and services provided by the wonderful staff there are fantastic. I can’t thank them enough for their ongoing support.

Drove around for ages looking for a pharmacy and they were the only ones open, incredible service and super helpful and friendly

I have recently had serious issues with my GP Surgery lying to the fantastic staff at the Pharmacy and to myself regarding the order of my monthly medication, which the pharmacy has done on a monthly basis for a number of years now. Both myself and the pharmacy have been told by the surgery on numerous occasions that the medication has been sent electronically when it was only actually sent to the pharmacy yesterday. Due to the fact that the pharmacy staff are so fantastic they had already made sure that all my medication was in stock so that when the prescription finally arrived they could dispense the medication straight away. My medication is vital to keep me alive, the fantastic people at the pharmacy fully understand this and they have had multiple conversations with the surgery and finally managed to get the medication issue sorted and I can now collect my medication today. The fantastic people also understand that without my medication I would definitely be severely ill and potentially die. So I can’t thank them enough for saving my life. I currently live in Wigan, but I travel to Bolton every month for my medication as the people are fabulous. I would never use any other pharmacy apart from Shanti

Very accommodating and friendly, Didn’t know I had shingles the lady I met was really nice and concerned. I’ll definitely recommend this pharmacy.

I went to a number of different pharmacies and they didn’t have the item I needed. I went to Shanti pharmacy just as it was showing as a local pharmacy on google maps, as I live put of area. I went in, the staff were very lovely, they had my item, and they gave me advice for if I have a new medication then I can call ahead to any pharmacy to see if they have it so it saves me going to every pharmacy to find an item. If I was local I’d happily go here again for future prescriptions. Great service.
