Used to be a good practice. Unfortunately the team have changed. They're rude and aggressive. Despite having a prescription for 7 days from the GP they hadn't made it up. Queue all the way around the car park. I'm now left with no medication.

The wait to pick up prescriptions from this pharmacy is appalling. I'm 80 yrs old and waited in a queue outside for 40 minutes. Even inside there's a queue and after another 20 minutes and waiting again, prescription not ready, so waited again. When finally ready half the prescription was not available and will have to call back again, and no doubt queue again. This situation has been ongoing for months now. It's about time something was sorted out.

I am 74 with a disability and waited over 30 minutes, mostly outside to collect a prescription. It was a painful experience as I can't stand for long periods. Today, I have gone to the pharmacy again and it is closed from 2pm to 4pm. Why can't they post on their website advising of this as I had a wasted journey and will have to try again tomorrow. This service really is not good enough and I will be moving my custom elsewhere.
