Rather than try and obtain a Dr's appointment, I visited Regent Pharmacy as recommended by the NHS. Top class advice, symptom management and causes explained to myself. Knowledgeable pharmacist and so much easier than trying to get an appointment. Purpose built clinic room too.

I travelled there yesterday, to get a COVID booster, after it was listed by the NHS find a Walk-in centre as the closest one offering this to me that was open on a Saturday (with others some distance away). - as I had done the previous 2 years. But when I got there, I was told they only do these Mon-Fri. So there seems to be some bad communication with the NHS Walk-in info, that list them as being open Sat & Sun for this.

I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I use them very regularly as well as all my family members and I couldn't ask for a better service. In fact they have gone above and beyond to help me. Friendly staff and great advice

When trying to liase with this pharmacy the staff with 1 exception are curt, quite rude and generally unhelpful

My wife had a near-fatal adverse reaction to the Pfizer Covid booster and we needed to find a different vaccine for her Spring jab. Amazingly, the health service has no way of knowing what vaccines are available at any of their centres!! I had to randomly phone the countless pharmacies on their list of vaccine centres all over the country. Most only had Pfizer, some couldn't be bothered to check, some didn't want to. When finally I got to Regent Pharmacy they confirmed that they had Sanofi available - I was overjoyed and said we were on our way. The owner didn't recognise my phone code and out of curiosity checked and saw I was phoning from the Welsh Borders. He immediately went to the trouble of ringing me back to say that if it was difficult to make such a long journey that particular day he would ensure a dose of Sanofi was reserved for us until we could get there. We travelled regardless. When we arrived the staff welcomed us with enthusiasm, offered us drinks and refreshments and gave my wife celebrity treatment for her jab. All for a couple of strangers from the other side of the country! The rest of the health service were totally indifferent to our situation, whereas Regent are lovely guys who went the extra mile to help us.

Went to this pharmacy today evening. The pharmacist quickly checked the system for my prescription unfortunatelly turned out there was no medication issued on my name. I have quickly checked my medical file online and it was clearly stated what is prescribed and I was told by my gp my medication will be ready to collect within an hour.I was waiting to be served, but a pharmacist seen byt clearly ignored me! I have passed on my medical excemption card and told there was a mistake in my surname printed on card and a pharmacist was even more rude towards me. Finally , he managed to find my medication. Unfortunatelly he gave medication in a ripped box, and it stated there is a leaflet with this medication, Not!!!! Wasn’t any leaflefts in the box!!!!!Rude staff! Avoid this pharmacy as you won’t be treated profesionally!

Never had a problem with s pharmacy before but this one. It really is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I got prescribed with 3 boxes of antibiotics and I asked the person working in there if I could just get and pay for one box only as I never had the medication before, he said that I had to buy the 3 boxes together as it states on the prescription. So I took them 3. After I started the medication I had an allergic reaction and I was told by the doctors to interrupt completely the medication for ever so I went back to the pharmacy to explain the situation to the person that gave me it, while I was explaining it the owner/ or boss told him whispering behind him and in front of me " don't give her the money back" do he told me that even though I didn't open the the other 2 boxes and I have been told not to take them anymore ever I can't return them, but I could give them away to them without getting any money back. Then I said okay then... I am going for the whole day to Birmingham and I don't have a bag to carry the big boxes around with me all day can I just leave them here and collect them tomorrow? And they told me " no, we can keep then for you to collect tomorrow". So I advise not to go to this pharmacy if you can avoid it. Thank you

Can't thank you enough. My parents spent all day driving around Milton Keynes pharmacies trying to get a prescription filled with no joy. I phoned and asked for advice and spoke to a really lovely lady who not only helped me but also arranged for us to come and get the items from the pharmacy. At the pharmacy they were expecting us and we were served by a really helpful and friendly gentleman resulting in very happy parents and a very grateful me. Thank you.
