I have tried to call 40 times this morning only to receive the engaged tone each time - I can only assume they've taken the phone off the hook. On more than one occasion now I have come away from the pharmacy without all my medication and then have to speak with the surgery dispensers to confirm that they did send the script to pharmacy and that, according to pharmacy, they've dispensed it. Then endless phone calls which will now result in my having to go into the pharmacy as they're not answering their phone. Very disappointing as most of the staff are excellent but they have a couple that badly let them down every time.

Was asked twice for my address with a que of people behind me then was asked what exactly was the prescription for- still with a que of people behind me.
