Checked on line for christmas opening should be open 10 to 2 christmas day. nothing about closure on site. cycled over in the rain only to find a note on shutter that they will not be opening after all

Turned up early for a flu jab and they saw me 20 minutes before my slot. They also took time to check if I could also have a Covid booster which I was. So a jab in each arm. Great service

Visited the pharmacy and asked about a flu and covid vaccine having seen on the news and read about it online. The pharmacist advised me , and was also able to do this on the same day.

This pharmacy staff never picked their calls. I wonder why they choose to have a customer line when they will not answer it. This is my experience today and the same with my wife and myself severally and persistently over the years. I called today to confirm if my prescription is ready to collection, to my suprise the phone rang and rang and no one picked it up. I tried at interval for several times but still no joy. I have to eventually go in person to confirm this l, and I live at a distance from them. In this current market with fuel been expensive and going through a down pouring rain, just to confirm if my prescription is ready, something I could have done successfully via phone in any company where great services is their priority. So sad. I have seen several bad reviews for them, I doubt if the pharmacy management do care at all about all this feedback reviews.

I've lost count of the number of times I've had to chase them to get pills for my two elderly parents because they've neglected to deliver them. They don't answer the phone and they don't answer emails. Quite simply: they shouldn't be allowed to run a dispensing chemist.

I am appalled at the rudeness of the chemist at this pharmacy. He made no effort to deal with patient queries. He said he was too busy. He provided no support to the young gentleman on the tills when he asked for it. He was arrogant and clearly had no manners. I also observed that 50% of the people in the pharmacy could not get the medicine that had been prescribed. The pharmacist just said it was out of stock and didn’t know when it would be in.

Over priced items. We had to pay £17 for an eye ointment as all other chemists were closed and we couldn't get a doctors appointment that day. We discovered the ointment is priced £6.99 everywhere else! This is not the first time we've be overcharged but with limited options in the evening we found ourselves with no other option. Shame on them charging ridiculous amounts. Would not recommend!!

At this busy time it was difficult to get through. However, when I eventually did they were extremely helpful and took the time to find an alternative solution with the prescription as opposed to just saying not available like so many other chemists I had called. They were really busy but took time with each patient. Thank you

Booked online to get tested and to receive the treatment for cystitis. After filling the form, realised that there will be no testing (I expected at least a dipstick urine test, since I paid £19,50), and the only medication offered was Macrobid (nitrofurantoin), which does not work for me. So, waste of time and money and wrong information provided on the website where I booket the service.

The floor in there is hardly washed, there has been a sticky lolly under the baby items for months. I even told a member of the team and they did nothing. It is filthy in there no one cleans at the end of the day. I have also waited for 3 months for a prescription, they never reply to emails, they never say when its coming and they rarely answer the phone it just rings out while they all ignore it.
