    My prescription request was sent on 10.07.2023 and I approached the pharmacy for collection on 15.07.2023. I was told that there was no medicine, I had to wait until Monday ( 17.07.2023). I was out of medicine for 3 days!. The worrying part is that this is not the first time, not the second time ..I always given half quantity and I had to go back to collect the rest. Once I realised the pack was damaged (poor sealing issue). I totally understand that Pharmacy do not make medicines and I also understand that I cannot buy from the manufacturing company. It is the Pharmacy's responsibility that quality medicines are supplied to the patient. The worst part is that the Chief Pharmacist raised his voice saying 'receiving prescription does not guarantee medicine'? To me this is unprofessional!!!. I would rather apologize the patient for not able to supply, enquire do they run out? or perhaps advice them to order well in advance next time. But definitely would not 'raise' my voice and defend myself! Empathy!!! I would not recommend your Pharmacy to my friends, and in fact will share this experience to them. I will better go to other Pharmacy those who respect their patients. Thank You!
