    Came in at 9am for a prescription for my toddler, saw the signs regarding permits for the health centre but assumed you could park outside the chemist to collect. Recieved a £100 fine for visiting, apprently you can sign in your vehicle but there’s no signs in the chemist and it wasn’t advised when purchasing during a chaotic morning visit at 9am when the chemist was busy and chaotic. Very disappointed I shopped here won’t be doing that again, recommend you go to a supermarket or other business with available parking

    Prescriptions passed to them on last Thursday afternoon and still waiting on Wednesday for delivery. Excuse is 1 day bank holiday and so a 93 year old lady is put at risk! I feel I am letting my mother down by using this pharmacy. Not the first time.

    Signs that parking is payable are not apparent so if you are not aware prepare yourself for £100 fine which is extortionate !! Nothing mentioned about parking charges on the pharmacy website! The website should include this info instead of just stating there is plenty of parking. Shameful !

    Dear Anonymous The parking system is in place to prevent people Who are not patients parking in the health centre car park all day - it was introduced by the Health Centre management at the requests of all the practices in the health centre - to avoid a charge a simple registration of the vehicle on one of the touch screen pads within the Health Centre allows for 2 hour parking (there are two pads in the pharmacy located either side of the tills) . There are numerous signs in the car park and including three at the entrance - so I am Unsure how you have missed them - that said we do have the ability to cancel a charge for genuine patients who have for some reason not noticed the signs - I cannot contact you as I have not got your details as you left this review anonymously but if you want to contact me to discuss on 01617921017 - kind regards Jonathan Richman - Superintendent Pharmacist
