    Staff spoke to me like absolute dirt after telling me they won't be able to get a child's medication we would be left to wait another 2 days even tho it was an emergency 5 members of staff stood doing nothing while the q built up wouldn't recommend

    Refused to give my partner my prescription without a hard copy despite it will be sent within 72 hours and shouted at him that thay won’t be paid

    My prescription used to regularly arrive to this pharmacy but this time they have not found it in the system. They have not said when it may appear on the system, they were not helpful to find out how to help me. Eventually with the help of the surgery I have found the prescription number for them, still they were very rude and unpleasant when dispensing the prescription for my child, not to mention they were deliberately very slow. I am changing pharmacy after this experience.

    I attended to collect my 56 day medications. Short queue but everybody very busy. My prescription, ordered in advance, was quickly found and passed to me - polite friendly staff member. I then asked to speak to the pharmacist but seeing they were so busy was concerned that this might not be possible. In fact pharmacist appeared within minutes and was helpful, friendly, professional and informative giving me lots of her time. Well done all.

    I have been using this pharmacy for about three years now as it is the closest one to my home. They have always been slow and are becoming even slower. I called in yesterday (Saturday) to pick up prescriptions for myself and my husband. The assisstant wandered around for fully five minutes and then informed me that they had the scripts but some of the items had only just been delivered; could I come back next week? So from 11 October to 15 October nothing had happened! I am old enough to remember when you got a paper prescription from the doctor and took it to the chemist yourself where it was filled on the spot or the next day at the latest. Now it's all done electronically and takes at least a week. What are the managers doing? Sort it out! To top it off I looked on the Morrisons website but there was no way to contact customer services with a complaint or if there is it is well hidden. Aaaaarrrrgggghhh! The trouble is that this is not the only pharmacy that is regularly slow filling prescriptions. I have heard many similar stories from friends and family around the country. Are they all understaffed or is there a problem inherent in the system within which they have to work? People who are ill or unwell should not have to work so hard to get the meds they need.

    The pharmacist was so helpful. There were serious issues with supply but Morrisons managed to get my dad his much needed medication.

    The lady who dealt with me was extremely demeaning and spoke to me like a child in front of a very busy queue and store. She made it seem like she was not going to 'grant' me the requested medication but then 'relented'. It was very humiliating and she even gave me a rant about how our nation is over using antibiotics. When you go to a pharmacy you are usually feeling anxious and unwell. Her treatment made me feel emotional and stupid as well. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

    I changed my pharmacy to hear a few weeks ago. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Prescriptions can be picked up without long waits and they actually pick up the telephone first time which is so important to check if your prescription is ready. Thank you!!
