My father has been going to this pharmacy for 30 years. He has now decided to come and live with me in Cornwall. They made sure he had enough medication for the transition of moving to a new doctors. The staff bid him a lovely farewell. Very grateful.

This pharmacy seems to be deteriorating and I'm not sure why. This may be my paranoia but I think they have an attitude towards me and again, am not sure why. I saw one comment that says their very friendly. Not to me. Maybe it's a class thing, maybe it's because I get my prescriptions for free because I'm over 60. Not sure, but they definitely don't like me and I am usually quite pleasant to them, even when they get things wrong, which they have on a number of occasions with me. Today, I had a number number of prescriptions to collect and I had to return not once but twice, as some were missing when I got home and checked. The second time I realized, I phoned them and left my number to call me back if I had anymore, which I did. I waited 25 minutes and no call so I had to call them back to confirm that I have another one. I got what I call a begrudging apology. 3 times in there in one day to eventually get all my prescriptions and and still had to wait about 7 or 8 minutes for them to give me the last one. I think I may change pharmacy if I can.
