  1. Review titled Please pay more attention

So after multiple visits where I'd be told over the phone that my prescription was ready, only to walk there and find out it wasn't, was getting to be too much. I have chronic pain in my neck, back and legs so even though it is close by, it is a chore to come away empty handed. I switched to have them text me when my prescription is ready. First time doing this I get a text, but couldn't make it there the same day. Two days later I go and find myself having to wait while they got my prescription ready !!?? and then be told they didn't have it all in stock. So why the heck text me saying it was ready? So yet again a double trip is needed to collect everything. Just not good enough I'm afraid.

  2. Review titled Not great

This is my usual routine. Go to collect a prescription that was ordered online several days before. They have neither completed it nor even checked if they have the medication in stock. Until you go in they are oblivious to whether you have put in a prescription or not. I am told to go back in a couple of days. Go back a couple of days later, and the meds I was missing still haven't been ordered. Trust that they order them that day and make a third visit. It's only because there are no other local pharmacies nearby anymore that I am still using them. One of the owners (?) did his best around 18 months ago, to convince me to switch to them from Lloyds as they were always one step ahead and prescriptions would be ready when you went in. That is almost always never the case sadly.

  3. Review titled Inconsiderate and rude

Rated 1 star out of 5

I can't recall the date of my visit but it was on the day your systems were being "upgraded". I waited for over 15 mins despite being able to see lots of people in the back no-one came out to serve. Eventually a man came I asked him why was no-one serving despite lots of staff he told me that was because the system was being upgraded. His comment after that which is why I am making this complaint was "and I have more bad news I am not going to be able to fulfil your prescription". I said it would have been a good idea to put a sign up to save wasting people's time. It was his uncaring and seem to fine it funny attitude. I was obviously not happy but there is always signs about treating staff with respect - this applies BOTH ways.

  4. Review titled Never open hours after the chemist is supposed to open

Rated 1 star out of 5

I've been coming here months and the chemist is never open on time, not 5 or 10 mins but hours at times. I try to contact the phone to ask why and for my prescription but they never answer.. bit of a shabby chemist. Would recommend going elsewhere
