Twice I visited pharmacy. 4 people behind the counter but no one was interesting to serve. First time after 10 minutes waiting I have to ask if someone can serve... No even apologies .Second time again the same. I just left. I have no words....... .

Visited late Saturday afternoon with my disabled wife's two item prescription after our nominated pharmacy (Tesco) said they were unable to source one item. Kidmans quickly dispensed both items. Excellent service. Many thanks, much appreciated.

I desperately needed travel sickness medication, and had been unable to have my prescription dispensed at several Bedford Chemists. I tried Kidmans Surgical Chemist, and although they were out of stock themselves, they went the extra mile and found a pharmacy which was able to supply my medication. They were helpful, charming and reassuring. I was so grateful as I was starting my journey the following morning at 4:30am. Thank you so much.

Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable , gives you an “old school” level of customer service which is hard to find these days

Very helpful and very good with prescriptions and orders. They take the time to be pleasant . Nice calm environment. Efficient and professional staff
