I need to travel on short notice for work. I rang Jats, the closest travel clinic. It was first thing Monday morning so they were busy but they were cheerful and encouraged me to come right in. I popped over, was seen quickly, got great advice, malaria prophylaxis and a jab and was out in a flash. All conducted with smiles. I don’t live in Finchampstead but if I did I’d be pleased to use Jats for all my pharmacy needs.

Our family have been customers of this pharmacy since it opened and have always had fantastic service. I recently had both my covid booster and flu vaccination on a walk in basis instead of having to wait for an appointment at the doctors surgery. I had a slight reaction to one of them and the pharmacist was helpful on how to treat the reaction

Sat on my repeat prescription for a week before sending it to the doctor. When I went to find out what was happening, he claimed he had sent it on straight away. I use the Heathera app to track my prescription and this showed he had not progressed it all. This is not the first time this has happened. I have been a long standing customer, but sitting on my diabetes prescription is not acceptable, and I have moved to another chemist.
