  1. Review titled Absolutely shocking!

Words cannot describe the shocking level of service coming out of Milton Keynes Village pharmacy lately. The staff are more interested in putting their jackets on and going home than the temperature of a 7 year old hitting 39.6 degrees. 111 rightly advised to visit the pharmacy, what a mistake and maybe 111 (who were fantastic by the way) need to re-think their policy of urging people to visit pharmacies! I believe the initiative is called “Pharmacy First” - where were the pharmacists forms I hear you ask? You would be forgiven to say on hand for every eventuality, however that would be a sorry mistake, they were at home!! Hmmmm, I’m not sure that it is being used for some light bedtime reading!! Not one but two icing on the cake! “She doesn’t have a sore throat@ they said, you may need to ask first! “Oh she’s got a temperature, yeah well done pal, we didn’t visit just to see the sites! I will say again, absolutely shocking and if I behaved like that with my job, I’m not sure I would have one the following day. Improvements need to happen and get back to people take some pride in their work and a bit of empathy !!! Grrrrrrrr

  2. Review titled Failing Pharmacy & Getting Worse

Rated 1 star out of 5

Jardines Pharmacy on Langford Village, Bicester is becoming increasingly worse. Used to be good, but the last year or so is failing miserably. Regular, simple prescriptions are taking weeks to dispense - after a long wait in a queue, you are told to "come back tomorrow". Last month, it took 5 visits over 2 weeks & still had to wait 45 minuted for it to be dispensed. Today (Friday), they are closed completely, but plenty of staff inside. Hopefully sorting themselves out one hopes. Will my prescription issued 9 days ago be available tomorrow? Everyone in the queue complains of extremely poor service.

  3. Review titled Shambolic

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have used Jardine Pharmacy in Nightingale Place for many years and have been perfectly satisfied, until the last six months or so. Fulfilling prescriptions takes longer and longer, on occasion they are short of medications and you have to return to get the missing items, the wait times in the queue are increasing and can be over 20 minutes, the shop will on occasion open up to 10 minutes late and on one occasion not at all because they had no pharmacist. As someone with disability problems waiting outside in the cold or standing in a queue for long periods of time only to have to return at a later date/time is unacceptable. Jardine have now lost my custom as I have now switched to a different pharmacy.

  4. Review titled Inordinate waiting times

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I regularly use Jardines in bure park to collect regular prescriptions. Waiting times have always been long I have waited an hour sometimes. Today there is a price saying that we need to be patient as they are getting work from other pharmacies. There are always lots of staff however it often feels like systems need an overhaul, sometimes you can wait and your script has not arrived etc and then it’s a waste of an hour. Some form of triage to confirm that the wait is worthwhile would be really helpful
