We went for a walk-in Spring Covid injection. The lady pharmacist was very efficient, no fuss or bother and very pleasant. She relaxed the arm so the injection was not felt at all. We were in and out of the pharmacy within 10 minutes. Well done everyone.

Went to this pharmacy for covid vaccination as it's advertised as a walk in service on NHS site. When me and my wife arrived at this pharmacy at 11.15am there were 3 or 4 people waiting to be vaccinated. Was told fully booked for covid vaccinations that day without any explanation. As a walk in service booking were not being taken or offered no explanation or apology as to why. Would advise people to go elsewhere and not have your time wasted travelling to this pharmacy. Me and my wife will no longer entertain or spend money in this pharmacy again. There's a lot of better pharmacy around this area were you get spoken to politely and respectfully.

last week I collected my prescription which was one item short. I was told it would be in the next day.5 days later I returned and was told it was not in but would be in by Friday.I returned on Friday and was told it was still not in. Having failed to collect it on the third occasion I asked for it to be delivered when it was in. I was then told there would be a delivery charge.How many times will I be given false information and have to keep returning for medication that they don't have,and to be told I would have to pay for delivery is nothing short of an insult. I am an 83 year old man and cannot return to a place that is a long walk for me,only to be told their promises are false. Holland Pharmacy you are a disgrace.

Arrived for Covid Vac: Completed in 6 minutes. Perfect. Good car parking and easy access. An excellent service.
