    First visit, didn't realise it was a pharmacy as opposed to a dispensary like Eynsham. Excellent service, will use over the 30minute queues at Boots!

    My GP surgery's latest tactic to avoid a doctor having to phone you back is to send an email message to you. The email subject says, "Referral from your GP practice." The email says I have been referred to receive a "NHS community pharmacist minor illness service." But then goes on to tell me I have to phone them on a landline number. Have done that six times in the last 2 and a 1/2 hours.Get a recorded message, plays a bit of music for 30 seconds, then get told nobody available to take my call and cuts off the call. I have cancer. I fail to see how that is "minor." My GP service appointments can only be booked online via patient access. The GP service is shocking, life threatening, not life saving and has collapsed!
