Had no complaints about the lady doing the injection but we waited outside ,which is fair enough...chairs stacked up near 2 smelly bins with the lids up. Absolutley filthy were we had to stand and there was only one entrance. There was no privacy at all as it was in a storeroom round the back of the shop. When I think how clean it is in the Health Centres it a huge contrast. Won't be going again.

when i order my prescription i receive a text message when my prescription the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I switched pharmacies from Boots after service, I found the new pharmacy to be very modern and staff were friendly and welcoming. I get a text message to say my tablets are ready and pop in and pick them up. The staff I order with on the phone and the counter when I collect seem genuinely kind and helpful. Keep up the good work

Since the pharmacy has been taken over my prescription has never been ready,resulting in several visits
