A few years ago this used to be simply the best community pharmacy around. Sadly since the previous owner left, and I believe its now part of some sort of chain, its awful. Its the clinical side which is hopeless. Clinicians lack any customer service skills, where problems arise, e.g. certain drugs are not available their communication with prescribing GPS is non existent, their communication with patients even less so. In fact, they simply refuse to help find solutions and in fact don't seem to care. It always seems to be someone else's responsibility according to them. I do hope they do not receive funding as a 'community' pharmacy..as this would be money obtained under false pretences...awful clinical service.

Visited for a jab and found myself being ordered around by someone who had no customer service experience whatsoever, even to the point of simply repeating the order like I was a child. A very poor experience and won't be using this place for any more vaccinations. This place should be removed from the NHS service as a vaccination centre. It gives the NHS a bad look.
