The last few months I have noticed a number of improvements the phone always answered straight away , looks more organized and the lady pharmacist is so helpful would well recommend keep it up

We phoned ahead and were surprised to find they were open late (10.30pm on a weekday rather than 8pm mentioned on the NHS website). Prescription was dispensed efficiently and the person who greeted me was friendly. Seems to be a well-stocked pharmacy.

This is a super convenient pharmacy located right next to the surgery. In the past the people have been super friendly and efficient. In the last few months they have been short staffed and totally disorganised. I was promised when items were out of stock I would be telephoned with an update, I had to keep chasing. There have been long lines of people waiting whilst only 2 people behind the counter were struggling to find prescriptions. The staff don't seem to know what is going on. On average my visit time was 15-20 minutes and I was still coming out empty handed. Not sure what has changed but I'm likely to go elsewhere now. Real shame as this was a great pharmacy and I was happy to support with my custom rather than going to be a big name.

Went in today to collect a prescription that they had had for several days to be told that they had managed to order the product from a supplier who was out of stock (apparently they can see stock levels at suppliers). The result of all this was that the things I needed were obviously not there! Apparently it is everyone else's fault apart from there's! Used to be a good pharmacy when owned by the surgery
