This pharmacy is just amazing. They are so helpful polite and deliver for free. The people are amazingly helpful. I was gobsmaked after struggling with the other practice in Filey town. My drugs arrived on time at my door the same day my doctor had prescribed them !!I had been having several issues with the pharmacy in Filey town since the good pharmacist closed down in the town. I assure you you won’t be disappointed if you switch to the bay. Can’t speak highly enough of this practice.

Many mistakes over many Months. Label states one dose, medication in packs a higher dose ! Medication not arriving when requested. Medication missing in weekly dispenser packs. Please check what you receive from this pharmacy as you have the potential to be taking the wrong dose.

Thank you to all for sorting out my emergency prescription, nothing was too much effort for the staff, enabling me to receive my blood pressure medication. A truly professional service!

Delivery of our prescriptions is fast and easy. Even when we ran out of one item and asked if they could deliver it they delivered all of our prescriptions within hours. Well done and many thanks.
