Had the earwax treatment they offer: excellent service throughout. The pharmacist was very gentle and attentive and the treatment very effective. Highly recommend.

I have been a frequent user of the pharmacy due to recent health problems and surgery. The staff are always super helpful, kind and professional and nothing is too much trouble. They have gone above and beyond to help me with pre-payment certificates and the pharmacist on duty stepped in to take my blood pressure when I suffering terrible headaches but I was unable to get a GP appointment. I would recommend the pharmacy to friends and family.

Turned up this morning for my jab after booking a couple of weeks ago, via government nhs booking service, to find shutters down and no sign. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Appalling service ! Booked on NHS website for flu vaccination, took time off work to do this ( loosing an hours pay). Arrived 15mins early to be told noone to give vaccination as they had gone home for the day after arguing and saying I couldn't have an apt - I showed them my confirmation, to which they said must be wrong ! I had provided my telephone number and email addrress as requested on the nhs website and noone bothered to contact me. Also the opening time on website is advertised 5pm on Sat they locked the doors early at 4.45 and many people tried the door after this time. Simply appauling as they were advertised as accepting Flu apts all morning and afternoon today up until 16.55 and you could book online. Not acceptable to treat people like this !

Booked a Covid vaccination here. Counter staff ignored us until we mentioned we were there for vaccination. Staff seemed disinterested but eventually found paperwork. Person giving the vaccination was unfriendly and did engage or reassure. Customer service needs to be addressed.
