I needed an injection before I go on holiday, it was 6pm on Friday night so couldn’t get a gp appointment. They done me a prescription but I didn’t think I would find a pharmacy open! I called these guys and they told me to come straight down. When I arrived they had it there ready and waiting! Excellent service, thank you all!!

This pharmacy gives 1st class service. I had tried to get my prescription in several other pharmacies in my local area Romford, without success. Dock Pharmacy not only got my items but posted them to me free of charge. The staff and friendly and very helpful indeed. I cannot recommend this pharmacy enough.

The NHS website rely on this Pharmacy being open until 10.30pm on a Sunday as they have been instructed they are. However my husband gets there a few minutes to 10pm (as we only received the prescription at 9.47pm) and they wouldn't do it due to the computers being turned off! Why would you turn your computers off prior to closing time? Absolute joke!!

Went into the pharmacy on the off chance they had the drugs I needed for my prescription. Not only did they issue the drug that was in limited supply, but did so with pleasure. Tried the usual place I use and they were not helpful. Dock pharmacy will now get my repeat prescription. Very helpful, very very kind, very professional and personal. While I was there another person came in and said to the pharmacist “you are a lifesaver” I agree a fantastic practice that some others should replicate. Not only a business but a service you can rely on. Thank you so much for your kindness, your help and your compassion. 5 star service from 5 star Humans.

The level of customer service each time I picked up my prescription from the Dock Pharmacy in Tilbury is always of a very high standard. The staff are always friendly and the level of service is always excellent.

Staff were brilliant, helpful and understanding with my needs. Prescription was ready and waiting as promised after having supply issues for the medication with other pharmacies. Would not hesitate to use this pharmacy again & recommend to others. Went above & beyond. Thank you. Corinne
