    A lady with learning disabilities and epilepsy was prescribed medication for shingles. We were told to return a total of 4 times for the medication. The Chinese lady was very rude. Because it’s obvious that anyone with epilepsy requires this medication asap. Tomorrow we will attempt to get it again. 5th time . We requested the prescription back only to be told that we couldn’t as they had gave us some paracetamol with the prescription. The staff as always were very supportive. One going above and beyond even offering to drop it off if it arrived. It was the rudeness of the Chinese lady that I’m not happy with. Although I appreciate that the driver may of been in an accident or delayed because of it, shouldn’t this warrant that they return the prescription? I look forward to your response.     I am a livie-in carer for a 91 year old gentleman and am responsible for ordering his repeat medication, which has been set up with Davies pharmacy Havant. On 23rd December 2022 I telephoned the pharmacy to order a months supply of medication and some supplement drinks. On 4th January the supply had almost run out,(only one days supply left), I telephoned Davies pharmacy again to ask when it will be delivered, and was disappointed to be told that it will not be delivered until the end of the week. In my view, it is their responsibility to keep the patient supplied with the medication, constantly. It cannot be difficult to have a program on their computer to remind them to order on time not constantly several days late, as has been my experience. Furthermore, when I asked if the supplement drinks will also be delivered I was told that they need to be ordered from the doctor. Why didn't they advise this on 23rd December when I originally put the order in? If a coffee shop or other business dealt with their customers in this way they would go out of business in no time. I very rarely complain but I feel it needs to be expressed for the sake of other customers. Looking forward to receiving a better quality of service in the future. R

    Had an appointment booked , but had to wait 45 minutes , having said that, the nurse was lovely , but i feel the appointments should be prioritised over walk in , also disability isnt always visible , i appreciate the work they do and the volunteers,

    Thank you so much for the excellent care that I received today c/o getting a covid booster. The volunteers were so welcoming and helpful. The nurse was brilliant and so caring and thorough. The computer operator was meticulous in ensuring the correct details were noted. Altogether, it was an absolutely superb example of the very best care.

    Appointments ran 40 minutes late by midday as there was no organisation and separation of appointments and walk-in queues. Poor organisation - patients had to organise the queue order themselves. If there was a lack of staff pre-booked appointments should be seen as priority. Staff seemed oblivious to patients parking limits or own work commitments affected by unnecessary delay.

    Booked my mum for booster. Did mine and flu jab while I was there. No booking needed . Great service , no queuing

    Tried to get a walk in Covid booster yesterday. Apparently you have to book on line. They could not explain why they where still advertising walk in in the window. Cannot find how to book on line either. What a waste of time. Disappointing 😞

    Wife had COVID booked . I took her we both also had an unbooked flu injection . No waiting or queues staff wore masks. All really organized ,helpful and friendly. Brilliant so pleased. Thankyou all so much.

    I have recommended allot of people to come here, but wish I hadn't, as they dont seem to cope with more custom. Have had to ask to stop delivering my perscription and wifes, because we are getting 6wks supply every 2wks, and they are wasting the tablets by sending them out to me.
