My daughters repeat prescriptions are never ready despite being ordered a week in advance!! Then when you try to call the pharmacy they never picked up. I’m currently on the phone trying to get through as we speak!! 57 attempts, 1 hour in total, I get cut off then I get user busy!! Don’t have a phone line if you don’t intend on answering!!!! Shall be moving pharmacies!!!

Apparently no one answers the phone here. Scripts are never ready… they are not helpful at all. Will only ever return as a last resort.

I visited this pharmacy at the start of 2023 after my usual pharmacy not having the medication I needed. I had such a positive experience with everyone at the pharmacy. My partner then went to the pharmacy on my behalf to pick up my prescription and they were very helpful and gave him leaflets to give to me about the medication I was starting. He said how he found them lovely and helpful. I then visited on 02/2023 for advice and they were able to give me an over the counter medication to help me as well as leaflets for if I need extra help. They went above and beyond to ensure I was okay and that I knew where to go if I needed any extra help. I feel that the staff at this pharmacy goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about everyone who goes here. I will never be using another pharmacy again.

Been ill most of December and into January. I have had to ring the Practice a number of times and had phone and in person appointments. I can't fault the Drs. I'm so grateful for the fast responses as I have a disease that can quickly get out of hand if I'm fighting other illnesses.

My partner ordered his repeat perscription a week before going on holiday to ensure he had it to take. When I went to collect on his behalf I was told no request had been sent through. Having phoned our doctors they advised the medication was ready for collection so my partner went in on Saturday morning (day after I had been in) before we were due to fly. Again he got told no medication available. This really topped the service off for us as every time we go in to collect medication it's never ready dispite ordering in plenty of time. The staff are rude, they can hardly bring themseleves to look above the counter let alone say hello. The last time I picked up my own prescription someone else's was also put in the bag along side mine. I can't see how if you have to order medication in plenty of time it's not ready when you go to collect. They look completely confused and disorganised every time frantically looking for the medication.
