Rated 5 stars out of 5

I've used this pharmacy for many years Finding the service efficient, helpful and friendly. Generally, the changing practices and development to digital services around medical care is not a user friendly experience , unless you are enthusiastic about computer operation, and have time.

  2. Review titled Shambolic Service

Rated 1 star out of 5

My winter flu vaccination was cancelled 45 mins before the 10:10am appointment I was due to attend this morning. I missed that call but rang straight back and got a message that they couldn't answer the phone. I set out and was already in transit, when the voice mail arrived after I got out of the tube, 25 mins before my appointment. They'd run out of vaccine, so cancelled the appointment, no other explanation or apology for the short notice and no offer to rebook. They open at 9am and were offering appointments from then onwards when I originally booked - How did they not know the day before or early that morning there was a problem? Winter flu is already surging. No response from their email form I submitted asking to understand why such, late notice confirmation and to ensure the NHS hadn't been charged for an appointment that didn't take place. My experience was of a pharmacy that can't deliver this important service effectively and I get the impression that they don't care. It cost me a wasted journey, wasted money and wasted time. I've rebooked with another provider who I know from last year are efficient and organised. This whole thing seems shambolic - I won't use them again.
