I was sent to see pharmacist by opticians, my readings were taken there and then, the young lady made me an appointment with the doctor straight away and then phoned to check how I was doing and how my tablets suited me………excellent service!

Since change of management when collecting prescriptions they are never ready Today I thought I'd ring them make sure it was ready so at 1.40 I rang and was told no but she would get it dispensed now I said I'd call down shortly I left it till 4 30 waited in the queue assistant looked for it came back and asked when did I order it explained I'd already rang she then came back to say its not done they'll do it now if I'd like to wait This is the normal practice for this pharmacy they totally lack organisation. Used to be such a good pharmacy not anymore

Told I’d have to wait to receive my medication.They were 5 days behind. Only agreed to dispense it after saying that my doctor wanted me to start treatment asap.

Needed 3 items of medication. Got home and opened the bag, most important medication was missing. Called them and was told that they were have problems getting this drug! Not mentioned at the time of collection.
